You should stand when you practice. In this video we’ll review “rest” and “playing” position.

  • Don’t stand with your feet stuck together when you play.
  • Don’t bend over like a banana when you stand. Keep yourself tall, balanced and straight.
  • You can center your weight equally on both feet, or you can shift your your weight entirely to your left foot.
  • Your feet should be about shoulder width apart.
  • Your spine shoud be straight.
