You should stand when you practice. In this video we’ll review “rest” and “playing” position.
- Don’t stand with your feet stuck together when you play.
- Don’t bend over like a banana when you stand. Keep yourself tall, balanced and straight.
- You can center your weight equally on both feet, or you can shift your your weight entirely to your left foot.
- Your feet should be about shoulder width apart.
- Your spine shoud be straight.
